DSI believes our business model provides complimentary services to our consulting firm partners. We are focused on building a solid technology platform, providing technology configuration expertise, and Project Management resources to assist in making your programs operational. The entire DSI staff and our R&D investments are focused on technological superiority and HR business process automation, not consulting work that competes with our consulting customers’ business models. DSI’s technology, combined with the consulting and measurement expertise of our partners, allow us to deliver world class programs around the globe.

Since DSI’s technology platform and services are content and process neutral, that is we do not offer survey content or predefined processes/products, our consulting partners need to provide the content, business process, and measurement philosophy. Moreover, DSI does not provide research or outcome consulting based on measurement results. 

As mentioned above, DSI has established relationships with many of the worlds leading consulting firms and our staff understands the unique nature of such relationships. Together we define the visibility, boundaries, and at all times DSI respects that our consulting partners “own” the client relationship. To support partnerships of this nature, DSI has established an infrastructure and systems that make the partnership transparent to the marketplace. DSI has designed our delivery platform so that all of our touch points can be branded to deliver a unified presentation to the end user. Communications, surveys and reports can be designed to match existing specifications preserving investments in existing training, products, and processes. The end customer will hear one voice, not two.

We also understand that research professionals differentiate themselves through their methodology and approach. All components of the technology are built to support sound measurement principles and well-validated statistical algorithms. The end result is that consultants can focus on selling an approach or a philosophy knowing that the technology is available to support them.
