DSI’s data collection module supports rigorous measurement processes that complement HR measurement systems. Specific features and configurations include the ability to deliver performance appraisals, selection tests (cognitive, ability, situation judgment, etc.), structured interviews, multi-rater applications and custom research.

Surveys are presented to raters in attractive displays that reflect your branding requirements. Convenience features such as “save and complete later” cater to the needs of your users. Business rules define the user experience and control variables such as language, supplemental questions, and conditional questions/skip patterns. All types of rating scales (Likert, BARS, multiple choice, true/false, ranking) are supported as are open-ended questions.

Because quality data collection is always a top consideration, we deliver a full toolkit of data controls. Validation can be enabled to identify required but omitted items and confirm responses for critical data. Custom validation routines can also be incorporated to ensure integrity across multiple questions.
