DSI has a very sophisticated email management and notification module. The email module is instrumental in communicating with all stakeholders, administrators, participants, and coaches. Email invitations and reminders are system generated and centrally defined to align with the business process. The system generated notifications can be setup utilizing frequency or date driven business rules. Moreover, reminders only go to those that need reminding. Variable information can be included in emails to both personalize and localize the communications. For instance, name, assessment name, and due date are made at the event/batch/individual level. If required, DSI or its clients can modify email dates if necessary.
