Capable of producing single reports or thousands of reports in batches, the reporting software allows DSI to produce reports that contain meaningful information in a format that is easy to use.

Our sophisticated scoring and reporting rules-based engine allows organizations to configure criteria, scoring, and reports according to scientifically valid principles. Moreover, DSI’s scoring and reporting software supports integrated norms and norms management, data management, weightings, percentiles, means and averages, look up tables, and custom algorithms. We also have experience integrating with HRIS systems to exchange (import and export) measurement attributes, individual preferences, and demographics. The data can be filtered for ease of use, is available for real-time analysis, and is protected with access rights to ensure results are distributed according to our client’s policies.

The DSI system can automatically notify individuals that reports are ready, host the reports, and setup business rules for report display (notify facilitator first and 24 hours later the participant), process reports according to business rules, and allow clients to request reports. Reports reside behind a firewall and are password protected. All transmission of data is encrypted using SSL technology.

Information can be delivered through a variety of channels to meet your requirements. Our options include paper, PDF, Internet-based HTML Reports, or Flat Text or Formatted (Excel, SPSS, XML, etc.) data exports.

DSI reporting functionality can:

• Include within group, organizational, rolling, and external or other norms into feedback reports. DSI can accept scored norms, create norms and/or manage norms.
• Include historical data into feedback reports. We can accept historical data files from past initiative or use data from a previously administered DSI hosted instrument.
• Sort and flag items into top/bottom, highlighting according to a statistic, pull in development content based on scores, etc.
• Produce Aggregate/Group reports according to business need. DSI can collect the criterion at project initiation via an employee database or within the survey/assessment (demographic question).
• Incorporate links to online tools, training resources, or other support material. We can also incorporate organization specific resources into feedback reports.
